This is a Traffic Exchange program that works with points. It's really simple, surfing websites will earn you 1 to 5 points, every time your website is displayed it will cost you 1 or 3 points, depending on the text that goes with the link people click on. There is a free membership and a Pro (paid) membership of $30 a month. I signed up for the free membership. In addition there are all sorts of ways you can earn traffic. There is a start page that you can set in your browser (earns you 1 point per startup), you can surf links, you can refer others (100 points per referral), play games for points or play the lottery if you feel lucky.
