 What is QLX / OneX?The main program here is QLX. QLX is short for QLXchange which is an opportunity to acquire silver & gold bullion or to have them held in storage for you, or to have a silver savings account. This has been arranged by QLX through a professional, established supplier. They are supposed to have the best prices online and maybe offline too. Details will follow. In the webinar of 17 November 2011 the program owner JC stated clearly that EVERYBODY will earn within QLX. I strongly believe that with the current turmoil on the financial markets it is a very good idea to get in a solid silver and gold saving program. This is the main reason for me to participate in this program. OneX is a feeder program to get people into QLXchange. Right now (30 november 2011) you can ONLY join OneX to get into QLX. When you join Onex and pay your 5 bucks you start at Stage 1, Tier 1 and you become a ‘Silver’ member. This will be the only cost out of pocket, all other payments will come out of your earnings. The general idea is to cycle/earn your way up through the Tiers and for each Tier you get a lesson. This is a video you can watch in your back office. But remember, in the greater scheme of things we are just positioning ourselves for QLX, building our downlines and make a few bucks in the process. OneX has an ‘automatic upgrade’ feature which is highly recommended because it ensures you are not missing out on any bonuses and commissions! I am going to assume that you will turn this on because that is the best way to go. In Onex everybody has their own 4x4 matrix; there are four levels and ach position has 4 positions directly under them. So your first level has four positions, your second level 16 positions, your third level has 64 positions and your fourth level has 256 positions. It is a forced matrix and that means there can also be spill over. Another nice feature. Get your first level filled and you get 4x $5 =$20 bonus. $10 of that money is used to upgrade you to Tier 2 and $10 goes into your QLreserve account. This is your wallet in QLX and you use it to depositing/withdrawing/paying money. Your earnings will also go into your wallet. When your 4 will bring in their 4 (or get from spill over) you have 16 Silver members on your second level. Their 5$ goes to the people on your first row but as these 16 people upgrade to Tier 2, and thus pay their $10, you get a $5 bonus and your sponsor gets a $5 matching bonus. In other words, you get 16* $5 = $80. With the $10 in your account from your Tier 2 upgrade that makes a total of $90. This money is enough to purchase lesson 3 ($20) and lesson 4 ($40) so you will be upgraded to Tier 4. When your third level is filled (64 members) you will have received $640 in your account and you will be upgraded to Stage 2, Tier 1 when the system pays $80 for your 5th lesson. This goes on into the other levels as your downline is expanding. As soon as it is time to upgrade the system will do this for you automatically. Bottomline; your one-time $5 has an earning potential of $99,460. Plus, for each person that you personally sponsor, you are also eligible to receive a 100% matching bonus from what they earn. Therefore, each direct referral also has a $99,460 potential to you. Introducing LEAPLEAP is an abbreviation for Leveraged Earnings & Acceleration Plan. It is an OPTIONAL plan devised to accelerate you through the matrix and thus accelerating your earnings and those in your downline. What basically happens is that the company is paying the upgrading fees for you so that you can benefit from the higher bonuses and get to Stage 2 faster. LEAP costs $500. You pay $49 and the remaining balance will come from 50% of your commissions in the first 90 days. No money will be taken from your bonuses earned. Don’t let this scare you off, read on and and find out why LEAP won’t have to cost you anything at all! When you join LEAP you won’t be a Silver member. Instead you will be a Ruby member. As a Ruby member, you will receive Acceleration Rewards and your first Acceleration Reward is to be upgraded to Stage 1, Tier 1 LEAP. This is where the fun really begins. When you bring in one other Ruby member, you automatically receive the next TWO Acceleration Rewards. That means you move up to Stage 1, Tier 3 LEAP. Right away, just like that! No more waiting until the rows in your matrix fill up! Bring in your second Ruby member and you move up to Tier 4 LEAP. Bring in 4 Ruby members you get upgraded to Stage 2, Tier 1 and become an ‘Emerald’ member. This is where you want to be! Your goal is to become an Emerald member! Once you become an Emerald member, you will no longer receive the Acceleration Rewards because you will get something better. As an Emerald LEAP member, for every new Ruby Stage 1, Tier 1 member you personally sponsor, you will receive a $50 Fast Start Bonus, paid immediately to your QLreserve account! I will tell you in a few moments WHY this is so important. But first let me tell you how the Power X Marketing System ties in. So to recap; in the old plan you would need a total of 28 members that upgrade to lift you to Stage 2, Tier 1. In the new plan you only need 4 Ruby members! Very nice :-) The Power X Marketing SystemWhen you become a LEAP member, you will also receive the Power X Marketing System, which is included in your LEAP purchase. Normally this system would cost you $49 per month. Once you have completely paid for your LEAP Program, you will enjoy the Life-time benefits of the Power X Marketing System. Back to LEAPThe thing to realize here is that when upgrades happen, commissions are being paid. The compensation plan hasn’t changed it is just that the LEAP program takes you there faster. This will undoubtedly have a positive effect on your downline. Now that earning money has become easier and faster, more people will flock into this system! I would like to reiterate that in the greater scheme of things we are just building a downline for the QLX program. I believe LEAP will greatly enhance this. Who ever is in your OneX downline will also be in your QLX downline. It is therefore that I recommend you secure your spot by getting into OneX. Here is the kicker! If you join Onex, of have already under me, I need you to upgrade. That means paying the $5! DO THIS! You must become a Silver member. Because once you did this I will upgrade you to LEAP on my expense! I am already at Stage 2, Tier 1 and I will join LEAP. So I will get an immediate $50 bonus for every Ruby member. With that bonus I can upgrade the next Silver member to Ruby, I will get another $50 bonus and can upgrade the next. And so on!
